Saeuntel Allen has had experience in residential and new home sales in Northern and Southern California for six years. 

Prior to joining Meridian Capital Real Estate Services, Inc., Saeuntel worked at the Dixon Chamber of Commerce as Operations Manager for four years. Her responsibilities included management, marketing, accounting, customer service, event planning, assisting with the publication of the newsletters, maps and the business directory.

Saeuntel received her degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles, California. Saeuntel was also a manager at Nordstrom for nearly 14 years.  She was nominated for Business Woman of the Year in Seattle, Washington, and she was the recipient of the Customer Service All-Star Award at Nordstrom in Sacramento and top producer in the Women’s Division for ten consecutive years. 

Saeuntel’s education, combined with her professional experience, provides her with the confidence and result-oriented customer service skills that will help pave her way to a successful real estate career.  She is also a member with the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the Inland Valley Association of Realtors.
